What we collect
Account details, application information and documents you choose to upload. Sensitive documents (identity, bank details) are stored privately and are never shown publicly.
How we use it
To verify eligibility, process approvals through multi-level governance, disburse support and produce anonymised transparency reports.
Who can see it
Only you and the specific authorized officers required for your workflow. Donors never receive access to beneficiary documents.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and audit-retention requirements.
