Donation / Funding Policy

Every contribution is tracked through an append-only ledger and released only through controlled, multi-person approval.

Restricted vs unrestricted

You may direct a gift to a specific approved category, or give to the general fund for governance to allocate by priority.

Four-eyes approval, finance review and separation of duties apply to every disbursement. No single person controls the lifecycle.

Aggregated funds received, allocated and disbursed are published on the Transparency dashboard, with private data protected.

Returned funds are recorded as new reversal transactions — original records are never deleted.
